Watermelon Refresher
A refreshing vodka & watermelon cocktail made with fresh lime and basil. The absolute best fresh watermelon cocktail for summer!
Adjust serving size: 


  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 oz potato vodka or vodka of choice
  • 1 lime halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil sliced - plus garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups mini seedless watermelon cubed
  • 2 oz soda water

How to Make:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice, add an ounce of potato vodka {or more}, juice from half of lime and sliced basil leaf.
  2. In a blender, purée the watermelon and then pour it through a fine strainer into your glass.
  3. Finish with a splash of soda water, stir and garnish with a lime slice and a basil leaf.
