Use store-bought dressing or choose from these amazing homemade dressings. The sweet-tart combination of citrus and dijon in the orange-poppy dressing pairs beautifully with this bright spinach salad!
Adjust serving size: 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 pear sliced
  • 1/4 cup raw unsalted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

How to Make:

  1. Arrange the spinach and remaining salad ingredients on your serving plates.
  2. Pour the dressing {I highly recommend making your own!} over the salad and serve.

Notes:

Add a protein of choice for a complete meal!
