Smoked Salmon on Avocado Toast
A delightfully easy recipe to make, this smoked salmon on avocado toast is bound to be your new breakfast addiction!

Did you know… Avocados are considered a “Super Food” because they are so rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. They are also a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids and are low in sugar.
Adjust serving size: 


  • 1 sprouted grain - or gluten-free bread slice
  • 1/4 avocado - ripe but firm mashed
  • 1 1/2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1/8 cup red onion sliced thin

How to Make:

  1. Lightly toast the bread.
  2. Mash {or slice} the avocado, spread it onto the toast, and then add the salmon and sliced red onion.
