Rice Cakes with Avocado & Watermelon Radish
Rice cakes are incredibly versatile and work well with many different flavor combinations! When paired with avocados, they provide a high-fat snack combo that will keep you full and satiated between meals.

Did you know… Avocados are considered a “Super Food” because they are so rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. They are also a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids and are low in sugar.
Adjust serving size: 


  • 2 rice cakes
  • 1/2 avocado - ripe but firm sliced
  • 2 radish sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup micro greens
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

How to Make:

  1. Layer in order of rice cake, avocado, radish, and then micro greens. Garnish with salt & pepper.
