Double Sesame Salmon with Mango & Avocado Salsa
Homemade salsas are a treat and the taste is phenomenally better than even the most "gourmet" salsas from the grocery store!

Did you know... Avocados are considered a “Super Food” because they are so rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. They are also a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids and are low in sugar.

The trick with this salsa is to use a firm avocado and toss gently; we're making salsa here, not guacamole!
Adjust serving size: 


How to Make:

  1. Place the mango, oil, vinegar & sea salt into a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add the avocado and cilantro and toss gently.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill.


Ground cumin is a great addition to this salsa!
