Lime in the Coconut
Cool off with this tasty coconut cocktail, a deliciously creamy tropical drink that's truly refreshing!
Adjust serving size: 


  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 oz potato vodka or vodka of choice
  • 1/4 cup pure organic pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 lime zest only
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened toasted coconut

How to Make:

  1. Using a cocktail shaker, add the ice, an ounce of vodka {or more}, pineapple juice, and coconut milk. Shake until frothy.
  2. Pour into a glass and then garnish with lime zest and unsweetened toasted coconut.
