Making fresh ground Italian sausage from scratch is quick, easy, healthier and taste much better than the store-bought stuff. Just ground pork and spices, exactly how it should be!

Pairs well with breakfast eggs, pasta sauce, pizza bakes and more!

How to Make:

  1. Place the ground pork into a large bowl. Add the spices and, using your hands, mix until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-heat and place the sausage into the hot skillet. Cook until browned, stirring and breaking any clumps apart. Cooking time will be about 7-10 minutes.
