How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° and place the rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the avocado oil and seasonings.
  3. Scrub and rinse the potatoes, and then slice into equal sized wedges.
  4. Add the potatoes to the seasoned avocado oil and toss to coat.
  5. Line the potato wedges on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp on the edges - about 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with a dash of sea salt.
