Grilled peaches may just be one of summer’s greatest joy! The truth is that grilled peaches are stunningly simple. They can be a wonderful side dish to grilled meats, or become a knock-out summer dessert! Think... a touch of honey, cinnamon, chopped pecans, or a side of vanilla ice cream.

How to Make:

  1. Prepare the grill for cooking using medium-heat. You may also roast the peaches in the oven. For this option, preheat the oven to 400° and place the rack in the middle of the oven, then roast for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Slice the peaches in half, remove the pit and brush each cut side with oil.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook until grill marks appear, about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. The peaches are done when the skins are lightly charred and the peaches are soft.
