How to Make:

  1. Prepare the grill for cooking using medium-heat. You may also roast the chicken in the oven. For this option, preheat the oven to 400° and place the rack in the middle of the oven, then roast for about 20 minutes.
  2. Coat the chicken breast with a little oil, and then sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on the grill with at least 1/2" of space between them. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. This should be sufficient cooking time, unless the breasts are rather large.
    When done, the chicken should feel firm and look opaque. The best way to make sure they’re done is to use an instant-read thermometer. It should read 165° when inserted into the thickest part.
