Colorful Garden Salad with Tahini Dressing
This salad has all that and then some! Its fresh ingredients and bold dressing make for an appealing and genuinely satisfying dish!

Did you know… Tahini, a paste made from ground sesame seeds, this paste offers many health benefits, including healthy macronutrients and a variety of good-for-you vitamins and minerals.

Add some protein of choice for a super-charged salad!
Adjust serving size: 


  • 1 head romaine lettuce sliced
  • 1/4 head purple cabbage sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 baby persian cucumber sliced thin
  • 2 radish sliced thin
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw unsalted black sesame seeds
  • Sesame-Tahini Dressing
  • 1/4 cup raw tahini
  • 2 tablespoons spring water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 lemon use 2 tablespoons juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to Make:

  1. Prepare dressing by adding all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine. If you would like it thinner, add a little more spring water and whisk again.
  2. Prepare all of the vegetables and add them to a large mixing bowl, add the dressing, toss to combine. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds.
