Colorful Garden Salad with Tahini Dressing
This salad has all that and then some! Its fresh ingredients and bold dressing make for an appealing and genuinely satisfying dish!

Ingredients:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce sliced
  • 1/4 head purple cabbage sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 baby persian cucumber sliced thin
  • 2 radish sliced thin
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw unsalted black sesame seeds
  • Sesame-Tahini Dressing
  • 1/4 cup raw tahini
  • 2 tablespoons spring water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 lemon use 2 tablespoons juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to Make:

  1. Prepare dressing by adding all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine. If you would like it thinner, add a little more spring water and whisk again.
  2. Prepare all of the vegetables and add them to a large mixing bowl, add the dressing, toss to combine. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds.
