This is the perfect refreshing summer side salad when paired along side some grilled chicken or steak!

Use store-bought dressing or choose from these amazing homemade dressings, the citrus vinaigrette is the perfect pair for this salad!
Adjust serving size: 


  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1 baby persian cucumber sliced
  • 2 radish sliced

How to Make:

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl, add dressing of choice and toss.
