Creamy Avocado Dressing

Making a salad dressing from scratch is quick and simple, and the taste is remarkably better than most bottled dressings!

Because of the fresh avocado, this dressing is best used within a day.
Adjust serving size: 


  • 1/2 avocado - ripe but firm sliced
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 lime use 1 tablespoon juice
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon jalapeño pepper diced fine

How to Make:

  1. Prepare dressing by placing all of the ingredients {except for the jalapeño} into a mini food processor/ blender, purée and then whisk in the jalapeño.
