Adjust serving size: 


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup raw chia seeds
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raspberries

How to Make:

  1. Place the almond milk and spinach into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the milk mixture and chia seeds into an airtight container, and then stir to combine. 

  3. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Before serving, whisk the mixture until it's nice and smooth, making sure that there aren’t any clumps. 

  5. Spoon the chia into a bowl or glass and layer with the coconut and raspberries.
