This flavorful chimichurri sauce doubles as a marinade, and a sauce for your grilled steak, chicken or fish!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes omit for AIP
  • 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste

How to Make:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and purée.
