Chicken Nuggets
Homemade chicken nuggets are THE BEST! They're ridiculously easy to make and you {I mean your kids} are going to love this recipe!

Did you know... Flax seed is a great source of fiber, protein and omega-3.

Pair with Sliced Veggies & Ranch Dip

How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and place the rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. Slice the tenders into 1” chunks and place them in a medium-size bowl.
  3. Add the arrowroot and toss lightly to coat.
  4. Add the whisked egg and toss again to coat.
  5. Combine the flax mixture and spread it evenly onto a large plate.
  6. Using tongs, place the nuggets onto the flax mixture and turn to coat all sides thoroughly.
  7. Place the nuggets onto an oven-safe baking rack set over a baking sheet, and spray them lightly with oil. Chicken Nuggets
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Plate the nuggets hot out of the oven with a side of ranch dip or preferred {clean} dip.
