This is a perfect week night dish, simple to throw together and bursting with flavor!

Pairs well with cauliflower rice, grain rice or quinoa.

Note: You may be able to find pre-riced cauliflower at your local grocery store, Trader's and Costco usually cary it :)
Adjust serving size: 


  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper omit for AIP
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 10 oz top sirloin steak trimmed and sliced into 1" pieces - skirt, flank or tri-tip will also work
  • 1 tablespoon ghee - or grass fed butter sub avocado oil for AIP
  • 1 head broccoli sliced into small florets

How to Make:

  1. Place the coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, cayenne, and sea salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate at room temperature for up to 20 minutes.
    This would be a great time to prepare your side dish!
  2. Warm the ghee in a large skillet over medium-heat. Add the beef and marinade to the pan along with the broccoli florets, and then cook for 5-10 minutes - or until desired degree of doneness. Stir often, searing all edges of the beef. The broccoli should be slightly crisp and a vibrant green when done.
