Delicious anytime of the day, this smoothie bowl makes a super-fast mini meal packed with vitamin C and heart-healthy antioxidants!

Did you know... Collagen is largely composed of the amino acids glycine and proline, of which many people don’t consume adequate amounts. Found in the bones, fibrous tissues and organs of animals, as a population we don’t consume these parts as much anymore. These amino acids are needed not only for proper skin, hair and nail growth, but also for optimal immune function. Plus it has 11g of protein per serving!

How to Make:

  1. Place all ingredients in the order listed into a high-powered blender or Vitamix and blend on high.
    Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to add a little extra liquid to thin out your smoothie and get a nice and creamy consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add the toppings.

Notes:

If gelatin is not for you, add some organic shelled hemp seeds!
