Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast
This baked bacon wrapped chicken breast dinner is super delicious and could not be any easier to put together!

How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° and place the rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. Rinse and pat the chicken dry. Place it on a baking sheet, coat with oil and sprinkle with the seasonings. Wrap a slice of bacon over the top of each breast, tucking the ends underneath.
  3. Roast for about 20 minutes. This should be sufficient cooking time, unless the breasts are rather large.
  4. The best way to make sure they’re done is to use an instant-read thermometer. It should read 165° when inserted into the thickest part.
