Brighten your morning with simple & tasty avocado toast!

Did you know… Avocados are considered a “Super Food” because they are so rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. They are also a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids and are low in sugar.
Adjust serving size: 


  • 1 egg sunny side up
  • 1/4 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 sprouted grain - or gluten-free bread slice
  • 1/4 avocado - ripe but firm mashed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

How to Make:

  1. Preheat a small skillet over medium-heat, add the avocado oil and swirl to coat the pan.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, crack the egg into the pan and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the egg is done to your liking.
  3. Lightly toast the bread.
  4. Mash the avocado, spread it onto the toast, and then add the egg on top. Garnish with fresh basil, salt & pepper.
