Because sometimes it’s better when someone else makes it.

All of our Meal Plans are based on a Clean Eating lifestyle, a simple and healthy approach to eating. You’ll find plenty of whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats that will help you focus on the foods that do the body good, while limiting processed items to help you clean-up your diet.

Each meal plan includes a pHresh & Clean membership for the length of the plan. We recommend saving the meal plan to your personal meal planner (one of our members only features). From there, you’ll be able to fully customize it to suit your needs, and then print or save a digital copy for future use.

We’ve done the hard work of planning for you and mapped out every day of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks! If you love it as-is, simply print the meal plan. Or, you can personalize it based on your food preferences, family size, budget, schedule and more. Swapping out recipes as you see fit!

Choose the days you want to shop for and generate your shopping list. Customize it by adding extra ingredients (like added protein) or deselecting items you don’t need (because we all have a mini sea salt collection, right?). Access your shopping list on the fly from any mobile device and check-off items as you shop!

A little taster of what you’ll see in our meal plans…

(pssst… if you see a recipe you love and its not in your plan, adding it is easy as pie)

Hummus & Veggie Sticks

There’s now direct evidence about garbanzo beans and appetite! Participants in a recent study reported more satisfaction with their diet when garbanzo beans were included, and they consumed fewer processed food snacks during test weeks in the study when garbanzo beans were consumed.
